01 — Eligibility
Who can participate
The FigSpecs Affiliate Program is open to individuals and businesses with an active online presence relevant to design, development, or productivity tools. FigSpecs reserves the right to approve or reject applications at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.
02 — Commission Eligibility
When commissions are earned
Commissions are earned only on valid, completed purchases made through your unique referral link within the 30-day attribution window. Refunded or disputed transactions will result in immediate commission reversal. Commissions are not earned on purchases made by the affiliate themselves.
03 — Recurring Commissions
Renewal attribution
Recurring commissions on Monthly and Yearly plans remain active as long as your affiliate account is in good standing and the referred user continues to renew their subscription. FigSpecs reserves the right to modify commission rates with 30 days' written notice to active affiliates.
04 — Fraud & Misuse
Zero tolerance policy
Any attempt to manipulate referral tracking, generate fake purchases, artificially inflate click counts, or violate program guidelines will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all pending and accrued earnings, without recourse.
05 — Self-Referrals
Prohibited activity
Purchasing FigSpecs through your own affiliate link, directly or indirectly, is strictly prohibited. Any commission generated from a self-referral will be reversed and may result in permanent disqualification from the program.
06 — Program Modifications
Changes to terms
FigSpecs reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the affiliate program at any time. Active affiliates will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any material changes to commission rates or program structure. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
07 — Confidentiality
Keeping rates private
Affiliate-specific commission rates and any non-public program terms are confidential. Affiliates must not publicly disclose exact commission percentages or internal program details without prior written consent from FigSpecs.
08 — Lemon Squeezy Payment Terms
Third-party processor
All transactions and affiliate payouts are processed by
Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record for FigSpecs. Payouts are made via PayPal with a minimum threshold of $25. Affiliates are responsible for maintaining a verified PayPal account and for reporting affiliate earnings per applicable local tax laws. Refunds issued within Lemon Squeezy's refund window will result in commission reversal. For full terms, visit
